Es el Siglo Universal 0153. En las colonias del espacio situadas en el Lado 2, el imperio de Zanscare ha llegado al poder y sostiene en ese poder el uso liberal de la guillotina. Con sus fuerzas invadiendo la Tierra y sus flotas del espacio que se preparan para subyugar los otros Lados, el imperio de Zanscare no tiene nada que temer de la débil Federación de la Tierra.
Es contradecida solamente por la liga Militaire, que quienes Mobiles avanzados y jóvenes pilotos abarcan el único movimiento de resistencia verdadero. Uso Evin de trece años ha sido arrastrado en la guerra por una batalla cerca de su hogar en Europa Oriental. Como el piloto del Victory Gundam, él lucha para derrotar no sólo el imperio de Zanscare, sino también para descubrir qué ha pasado con sus padres, quienes lo abandonaron cuando se fueron al espacio.
